With all due respect, please preface your comments (if you should choose to comment again) with "It is my opinion that...." or "In my experience...." Saying flat out something like "Mengele was never at Stanford" because he was only in SA (which is paraphrasing what you said) is easily disproved by whistleblower testimony.

Josef Mengele was seen all over the United States and South America after WWII. People at the Justice Department have every reason to hide and/or obfuscate his whereabouts. Ever heard of survivor Wendy Hoffman? She was programmed by Mengele in the New York City area. Heard of Cisco Wheeler? She was programmed by Mengele in the China Lake area of California. Heard of Arizona Wilder? She, too, was programmed by Mengele, likely in the USA. Numerous survivors have reported seeing Mengele in Canada, where he also likely programmed children. Not only that, but Josef Mengele was seen by Fiona Barnett in two different locations in Australia after the war. He was Fiona's programmer, as well. Jeanette Archer reports that Mengele worked in the UK as well shortly before the war was over. I've only made it partway through the survivor examples I could give--there are more.
There's no exclusion to both stories you've mentioned about Frida. Survivors can be forced to sacrifice a child and then be further impregnated at a later date. The two experiences are not, God help them, mutually exclusive.
I'm sorry that this story seems to have stirred up some emotions in you. I understand that learning new things contrary to the "official" historical narratives can be upsetting. I hope that you continue to learn more about whistleblower testimony, as it can help reframe the hidden agenda of the people in the agencies like the Justice Department, the CIA, etc.
