A very good (not emotionally disturbing) interview, that, even though Joe urges you to watch it on “1x, not 1.5 or 2x” speed, I still watched on 1.25, because ain’t got time for 10K videos.
Mercola is nice enough to put out a transcript, so you can cut the watch time down to reading time if you wish.
